Wilmot’s Decorating Center opened in 1972 at 149 Everett St. in Middleboro, bringing a much needed, quality paint shop to the area. Over time, Wilmot’s developed other facets of the business, incorporating wallpaper, window treatments, and flooring into the mix.
Today, Wilmot’s Decorating Center serves the greater Middleboro area, including the surrounding towns of Carver, Lakeville, Freetown, Taunton, Raynham, all the Bridgewaters, Halifax, Kingston, and Plymouth. Wilmot’s Decorating Centers opened its second location on April 1st, 2017 at the site of the former Patnaude’s Aquarium in New Bedford’s north end. Situated in very close proximity to Greater New Bedford Regional Technical Vocational High School, Wilmot’s has enjoyed steady growth.
